A coaching session is a sanctuary, a space to be, to think deeply about what is truly important to us and to decide our own methodology and plan of action to achieve these goals and ambitions.  Only the coachee ever has the answers and only they are experiencing their reality and only they possess the driving force for any change.  A coach has the honour and privilege of facilitating the change you want to see.

Coaching with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Coaching with neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) has become widespread since it was introduced by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970's.  Highly versatile and a form of psychotherapy, it has been used successfully to treat psychological disorders such as phobias, anxiety and PTSD.  It is a tried and tested method in personal development and has been used in the commercial sector for decades to improve workplace performance, career progression and personal happiness.  Combining NLP with coaching provides a perfect opportunity for the person being coached  to reflect upon their internal map (the way they see the world) and connecting this with their own innate resources and experiences whilst promoting skills such as self reflection, confidence and communication. 

I will go on a journey with you for as little or as long as you need to work on focus areas you identify.  I take a very individualised approach to coaching with each client and I start this process by offering a free 20 minute chat about coaching and your requirements.  If you wish to proceed with coaching, then I offer a range of packages to suit your needs starting with 1 hour sessions. 

I live in a lovely village about 7 miles outside of Ipswich and can offer you a safe and comfortable environment for the session, and in the summer I can offer you the solace of my garden for some mindful coaching.  I can coach in your own home or another location if you prefer.  Walk and talk sessions combined with relaxation and breathing techniques can bring some excellent results particularly for the anxious client.  As well as face-to-face sessions they can also take place via the telephone, Skype, FaceTime and Zoom.
